Before & After—Smile Gallery

When you are not comfortable with your smile, you learn to hide it, even if you are a "smiley" person. In the pre-treatment photographs, we are doing everything we can to get her to smile and see how far her upper lip moves up—not very far.

First, we whitened her teeth. Then we placed six upper and four lower porcelain veneers on her front teeth. My ceramist copied her natural tooth surface texture exactly. Can you tell the porcelain veneers from the untreated natural teeth?

In the "after" photographs, see how far her upper lip moves, with how relaxed and natural her smile looks—not restricted as before! Sure we made these teeth just a touch longer and everything whiter. Now her upper lip smiles higher—much higher without restrictions, showing a full smile. Stunning!
